Nike has just signed Ohio State center Greg Oden to a multimillion dollar deal that they believe will turn over many millions for them. Oden had been touted as one of the elite players in the NCAA, which made him the first overall pick in the 2007 NBA Draft by the Trail Blazers. With so much hype already surrounding the 7 foot giant, I can’t wait to see what Nike has planned for his future.

Converse announced recently that Common, Grammy award wining hip hop artist and actor, is the face of Converse (PRODUCT) RED. This is Converse’s first national print campaign for Converse (PRODUCT) RED, and will cement Converse’s support of the (PRODUCT) RED. Common is featured in an advertising campaign entitled “Weapon of Change.” It has bold illustrations and encourages people to be their own agent of change.
Converse’s shoes for the (PRODUCT) RED line include Weapon Hi, Weapon Lo and a Pro Leather[.....]

Taking a twist on the word “Gnostic”, Hip hop artist and Harlem Diplomat Jim Jones announced recently the launch of his hip-hop clothing line Nostic Apparel where he currently serves as CFO. According to his website:
