When you put the words “hip-hop” and “fashion” together, it’s hard not to think of Jay-Z. Rapper Jay-Z (Shawn Carter) is involved in a lot of different business endeavors that revolve around his brand and persona. He’s recently became CEO of Def Jam Records, sold over 33 million records worldwide, co-owns The 40/40 Club and the NBA’s New Jersey Nets but more importantly (to us), is also the creator of the clothing line Rocawear.
