Or as I call them “Hooker Boots.” No offense intended of course, but I first got acquainted with these kinds of boots when “Pretty Woman” came out. The association stuck. But boots that go up over the knee and call attention to those juicy thighs are not just for prostitutes anymore! Now civilian women can rock this mega-hot footwear.
